My Random Series: Lockdown Day 60

A busy Saturday... Ya... Been busy in the kitchen and the garden the whole day...

The no bake Oreo cheesecake... My girls totally love it... Well, to me, I think it's a bit too creamy... Would love to have it more cheesy... So maybe next time, I am gonna cut down the whipping cream and put a bit more cream cheese... Or should I add other cheese? Any idea?

And next is my roti canai... Ya... The batch I made last week... I kept half of it in the fridge... And today I cooked the balance... Much better this time... Is it maybe I left the dough for a week... The texture is really like the roti canai at the mamak store...

Happy me...

And as for my girls... They really know how to enjoy their Saturday... Dancing time... Yup, they follow some YouTube video to dance...

OK... If you have been reading my post, till now... You may start to wonder where are the photos of my garden since I said I have been busy in the kitchen and garden the whole day... Well... I don't have any garden photos for today... Left my phone indoor when I was in the garden...

Maybe tomorrow I will snap some garden photos...
