My Random Series: Lockdown Day 62

Happy Monday everyone! Happy Monday for me indeed... I received another of my new "toy"... 😄😄😄

My air-fryer... Yay! Well, technically is both me and my mother in law's toy... Hahaha...

During this lockdown period we have been staying at home... And eating at home all the time... Some of the dishes we would like to cook involved deep frying and frying... I have always wanna get myself an air fryer... So this is the best time to get it... And with the extension of the movement control till next month... It's perfect timing to test on new recipes and new dishes... Right? 😀😀😀

Testing... Yup... It's on... Switches are working... I heated for 5 minutes and at the temperature of 200°C... And yup, it's working... It's HOT!

I can't wait to cook my first dish with this... Let's plan!
