My Random Series: Lockdown Day 67

Another beautiful Saturday... Busy kitchen day today... I was in the kitchen since 9am till 5pm. Like working... 🤣🤣🤣

Before that, like every morning, I visited my garden... My tomato plant has flowers! Ya... 5 flowers growing...

Need to prepare more compost for both pumpkin and tomato plant... They need lots of nutrients to bear their fruits... 💪💪💪

And back to my kitchen... French fries... Yup... First air fried French fries... And many more to come... Super awesome... Just tiny dab of oil to fry the fries...

Five spices powdered meat... My mother in law marinated the pork belly since last night... Super yummy!

Then I also made Chipsmore chocolate cookie cheesecake (no bake)... I am sorry... No photo taken yet... It's in the fridge now waiting to set. So tomorrow I will shoot it before eat it. Hopefully I remember to shoot...

Then I made 27 pieces of roti canai dough... Yup... It's in the fridge as well... This is planned for next week... And sorry again... Because making the dough is an oily process, therefore no photo taken again...

And I am exhausted now... So I guess I will be going to bed earlier tonight... See you all tomorrow...
