Great article and good points about having to high of expectations. I agree with @ph1102's comment in that breaking down your long term goals into manageable short term goals you will see results happening and will be less disouraged. Thanks for this good content, keep moving forward.

Thanks for the comment, yes smart goals is what we actually need and those smart goals should be as small as possible so that it can be acheivable
