I completely missed your post. I missed it although you mentioned me. And now I am grumbling (at myself), because I missed your art posts at @needleworkmonday a lot. So, thank you for bringing all these fabulous artist to my notice (directly followed @solymi and especially Tacita Dean’s FILM is amazing and I would have loved to see it in the huge rooms of Tate modern. Although I love paintings I must say the everything in art which incorporates another dimension, movement, sound mechanics etc are even more fascinating for me, especially artworks which work with sound. Perhaps this is the reason why I loved to dance/choreograph so much (and this is as always the moment when I get whiny and start to self pity me, that I hade to stop).
But back to art and film. My honeymoon vacation was in Vienna (years after the actual wedding :-DDD) and there we had a kind of art overkill trip (we bought tickets for a year for the museums although we only had 10 days in Vienna :-DDD) and I stumbled about a film which made a huge impression on me... and now the bad thing, I do not know the artist any longer. I think it took place in Korea and it was a kind of mix between two sujets: architecture - mostly brute concrete buildings - and an strange and surreal story about people turning into zombies. SOunds cheesy, but was absolutely mesmerising. The film was displayed in the Secession and the architecture of arts and crafts was at a glaring contrast to this film. I loved it.

And yes, I already applied for NFT showroom and love the possibility to exhibit there, because of Covid but also as it is difficult for me to go on art fairs etc with my migraine problems. But as always I have a lot to learn in regard to marketing and networking.
Reading of your experience with nft showroom makes me hopeful, that this could be a good alternative for real life galleries. Your excitement about the showroom is infectious <3 <3

It's early days for NFT Showrom and, I guess like everything else, it is what we make it :)
I have missed galleries so much during this lockdown. I have a trip booked for the beginning of June and several more planned for later in the year. I hope, by the autumn, it will be okay to go to London, which I have avoided so far.
Good to hear from you and you have linked with @solymi which is good
