Part 1 - How to make a good impression?
Dear hivers
Not so long ago, a big smile, a frank handshake, a passionate presentation of your products and an expert demonstration were enough to start a business relationship, or even close a transaction.
However, today, the first contact most often takes place online. And all the richness of non-verbal communication disappears at the same time.
First virtual contact
Making a good impression is now a whole different strategy because most buying processes start with ... a Google search!
It is therefore to have:
• a website effective and easy to find,
• references and recommendations ,
• an identity digital coherent ,
• a portfolio convincing,
• a clear service offering .
But that's not all !
To maintain regularly
Once your virtual identity has been created, it will be necessary to promote it and bring it to life in order to remind you in the good memories of customers and prospects. The time when a site was enough to drain the crowds is long gone. Today, the competition and the general noise are such that you have to keep coming back to the forefront.
And to stay in memory, you should, as regularly as possible:
• know and respond to the tastes and needs of your customers
• participate and engage in their communities
• share and encourage their passions
• fuel discussions and create a thread news
• become a source of inspiration
Since the dawn of time, your number one goal has not changed: to be known, recognized and appreciated . But the means and the channels have multiplied. And getting your message across today requires action on several fronts.
I have given some of the best ideas above to make a good impression. I will be sharing some more tips in the second part, so stay tuned and enjoy reading.

In particular I think that things have changed, what used to be a handshake to make a business deal and at the same time left a good impression, now businesses are online so a good impression will probably be the design of the website, marketing and how interesting the website looks where customers will buy, that is now the way to get a good impression.

It is certainly more difficult now to make a good impression, it is very difficult to stand out virtually among so much competition, so it is difficult to demonstrate the quality of your work, something that you could convince in an interview or in a conversation with a client.
