Book by Dale Carnegie - How to win friends and influence people- How to Get Cooperation

Book reading it so much fun provided you get enough time to read the book with full concentration and this way will make you enjoy reading. These days I am reading a book by Dale Carnegie and its title is "How to win friends and influence people"

I have already shared one post last week and that topic was so good. Now here in this post, I am back again to talk about another topic out of this wonderful book.

Huge thanks to @crypto.piotr for this great initiative and allowing reading this book and learning to get something useful out of the book. I also like to thanks @juanmolina for suggesting a wonderful world of knowledge. This book has a lot to read and this is something that we should read with full concentration so that these topics we understand better and implement in our life.


Dont you have much more faith in ideas that you discover for yourself than in ideas that are handed to you on a silver platter? If so, isn’t it bad judgment to try to ram your opinions down the throats of other people? Isn’t it wiser to make suggestions – and let the other person think out the conclusion?

These days people want to have their thoughts, opinions, and choices. They don't want to be dominated and if any point of time they feel dominated then they try lose the cooperation. I think that this is quite practical in our work atmosphere where if we need good cooperation from the people who are part of them then we need to make a healthy relation with them. There are many ways we can follow like we can keep them part of the communication along with transparency so they don't feel left alone. Such practices are a good way to have their cooperation and support.

No one likes to feel that he or she is being sold something or told to do a thing. We much prefer to feel that we are buying our own accord or acting on our ideas. We like to be consulted about our wishes, our wants, our thoughts.

Author Dale has nicely explained it that people like to buy things when they want and not like they are being sold. There is a difference in thoughts and its very important to take care when doing this type of deal or transaction. I think that its more of human behavior that we need to understand and if we can then it can help us a lot to get the thing done easily with the required cooperation from people.

Humans are not machines and we can not deal with everyone in the same way but if we try to tackle them in the way they want to be then its would not be so tough after a certain period fo time. Nothing is easy in the first place but doing it frequently gives us more confidence and it feels easy.

There is a lot to read in the book but I am moving slowly and taking one week to finish one chapter. This topic is covered in 4 pages and I could finish in less time as compared to the last one. This is one of the best-selling books by Dale and even after 70 years, it has a huge audience who likes his thoughts and experiences even now


I will start with another topic and will talk about it in my next publication.

The best thing is to have enough time to be able to dedicate it quietly to reading. This way you can get the most out of it.
You say that humans are not machines, and should not be treated equally. Understanding this is necessary, because the differences we all have is what makes communication complex, but that is where we must focus in order to have good communication with others.

Hello friend, you are very right ,nobody likes to be imposed things and much less their thinking, we are all different and we must have the freedom to think and transmit our opinions and thoughts without the influence of other people. We are not machines, it is true, we all think and feel differently and that is something that many of us must understand. We must respect the vision of others.

Author Dale has nicely explained it that people like to buy things when they want and not like they are being sold.

I have heard about Dale carnegie he is the great author. And this sentence is 100% true. it's human nature.
