By conducting research on companies which have a higher innovative height in the same field of the company specialisation, ideas can be tapped from their strategy them employ to get to that
height and thereby weighing on how it can be applied to improve and helping the company to get to that greater height of been Innovative

7. Promoting Talent Acquisition

In situations where there is a lack of innovative generating source in a company, it can cause some major restrictions in the innovative growth of that particular company. The first point that is a major suggestion is focusing more on talent acquisition. What does that mean? In some areas which obviously the company is lacking innovative, perhaps it can be traced to inadequate talent which can generate innovative ideas to boost the development and speed up the innovative growth in that company. With the problem attached to product obsolescence, I see
the talent acquisition playing an impactful and positive role in major areas suffering from innovative

Companies need to understand that competition is always on the rise and they must be willing to spread their tentacles towards those areas of they don't want this own company to lag behind.
