What do you do when you are actually stressed out of work??

We work and work daily to meet the daily needs demanded by us and of us. We work to daily to either gather that money bag of to get to that front position at the top.

Which is very good. Even in this world we are now, if you don't have that money bag, you are knocking the door of Fustration from people.

That's quite understanding but even among this working daily and in a tedious schedule we bring upon ourselves all because on the cause that we want to be successful.

At times we get stressed out and even though we want to keep going, we can't just keep going because our body will not allow it.

Now for many of us, we have several things we do when we are stressed out. Most time some people chose to listen to music, some chose to have a day off their working place

To some, having a two or three days holiday to have fun and get refreshed is what they do and many more.

In my own case when I am stressed out most especially in the place of work, I prefer to take a break, get relaxed and just try to divert my heart away from the work.

Returning back later keeps my mind body and soul refreshed

What do I do when I am stressed because I don't have a job?

Well in particular I am not stressed about not having a job because fortunately I have a job now, what is my job? apart from being a university professor where what I earn is not enough for anything, I work as a content generator in steemit and hive.blog platforms.

I was unemployed 11 years ago, I just had enough patience to wait for the right opportunity to have a job, actually that's not what has stressed me in particular.

Hi @mandate Stress is the silent enemy that we all have, I would dare to say that it is inevitable and constant in our lives, I think it is essential to understand that we have to learn to manage it and keep it at bay otherwise we will become a victim and it can do us a lot of harm. I particularly when I see that it is overtaking me I take a day off to do activities with my children, children have the ability to remind us how simple life is, and so I return to my center ... greetings!

Hello friend, I think there are many techniques to eliminate our stress or at least decrease it. It all depends on the type of person we are. I prefer to sleep, or simply think, meditate, I also believe that music can be of great help for those moments. Greetings!
