Let's Celebrate "National Hug Your Cat Day" 🐈 With Songs From "Cats" The Musical

I have seen so many proud "pet owners" showing off their cats on TV Today, especially on my local News Channels! Why? Simply because it is lovingly "National Hug Your Cat Day" 🐈 on the "National Holiday" Calendar for Friday 4th June 2021. So I thought it would be fun to know a little more about this most affectionately furry event.

Below is some more INFO about Today's event...

Ancient Egyptians worshiped, revered, and spoiled their cats (sound familiar?). They were often seen as symbols of grace and poise. Traits that cats are still associated with even today. There’s a lot of cat hugging going on all the time, but make an extra special attempt during National Hug Your Cat Day on June 4.

So what is the best way to celebrate? Go scoop your regal cat right off the ground and snuggle the heck out of it until it feels your love. Sounds like a pleasant activity we can all get behind, Yes? So grab your kitty BFF and celebrate with us!

Now for some appropriate Music...

For my song choice Today ~ It simply has to be the Hit Song "Memory" sung by the wonderful singer "Elaine Paige" from "Cats" The Musical.

Yeah, I kind of agree, the original "stage musical" was probably much better than the Movie version!
