Workout Music

I thing that all of us prefer to do different activities listening to music and during our exercise routine it is no exception. I guess we all do some kind of physical activity right? And if not, you should start doing it, it's good for your health.

Today I want to share with you the music that I use either when I go to the gym or when I exercise at home, believe it or not, listening to music while doing exercises helps to perform better. So let's start with the warm up.

It is always good to warm up before starting a physical activity to avoid possible injuries and for this I listen to songs like these:

Inmigrant song - Led Zeppelin

Reptilia - The Strokes

This Ain't The End of Me - White Comic

5 to 10 minutes is enough to warm up the body.

Now if we are in a day that we will make great efforts, we will lift a lot of weight I prefer to listen songs that sound powerful, that transmit strength, energy like these:

Stricken - Disturbed

Before I Forget - Slipknot

The Beautiful People - Marilyn Manson

Enter Sandman - Metallica

Simphony of Destruction - Megadeth

And for those cardio days (which I hate, but they are necessary XD) I suggest the following songs:

Welcome to the Jungle - Guns N' Roses

Thunderstruck - AC/DC

The Trooper - Iron Maiden

To Be Loved - Papa Roach

And those are some songs from my playlist to exercise and yes, as you can see they are all rock but let's be honest, who doesn't love rock? 😁

Creo que todos nosotros preferimos realizar diferentes actividades escuchando música y durante nuestra rutina de ejercicios no es la excepción. Supongo que todos hacemos algún tipo de actividad física no? Y si no, deberías empezar a hacerlo, es bueno para tu salud.

El dia de hoy les quiero compartir la música que yo utilizo ya sea cuando voy al gym o bien cuando realizo ejercicios en mi casa, creanlo o no, esuchar música mientras realizas ejericios ayuda a tener un mejor rendimiento. Entonces empecemos con el calentamiento.

Siempre es bueno realizar calentamiento antes de empezar una actividad física para evitar posibles lesiones y para esto escucho temas como estos:

5 a 10 minutos es suficiente para calentar el cuerpo.

Ahora si estamos en un dia que haremos grandes esfuerzo, levantaremos mucho peso prefiero escuchar canciones que suenen poderosas, que te transmitan fuerza, energía como estas:
