I just finished a 15.0km running that lasted about 1hh:56mm:00ss !

Run, Forest, run!
Do you remember that movie?
I think it is one of my favourite movies!
Today I went for a short run in the morning. Despite hot weather, masks, and covid itself, many people go outside for the workout. So it is better to go to the lake in the early morning or late at night. But actually, when I was on the lake yesterday around 11PM, it wasn't less crowded as in the noon.
People are jogging, despite on their age, despite on everything.
And it is the best motivation to keep running!
