I just finished a 10.0km running that lasted about 1hh:3mm:20ss !
Hello, Wednesday!
It is a strange day! I went to sleep super late yesterday, it was actually already morning around 5 Am.
Therefore I woke up super late around 12 PM and went outside for a running.
Seriously, I believe that running creates positive hormones or something, and I really feel super good after running!
