I just finished a 0.0km running that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
I felt so tired and exhausted in the morning when I just woke up.
So I forced myself to go outside and to have a short run.
And you know what?! Now I feel super good! I am full of energy!
I seriously think that workout is the best solution to many things. If you are stressed out, tired, in a bad mood, just run! Just do some workout!
