I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
It is the last days of summer and I plan to take all from it! I did a strength workout in the morning and now I plan to go outside and walk to the park which is located about 2-3 bus stops from my place. I will take a fresh drink from any of the cafes around my place. Btw, all cafes now are working only for take out here because of coronavirus...
