I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
Today I had a very strong stomachache and I don't know why. I didn't eat anything bad or oily. I had a pretty healthy breakfast and the nightmare has started. It was terrible... I took pills, I drank a tea, slept a little bit, and now I feel much better. But that unexpected sickness messed up all my plans. So I need in some yoga to organize my thoughts, plans and to relax.
