New Activity Title - Monday is a busy day!

I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
I just realized that I really like to keep myself busy! Maybe it is not so good, cuz 24/7 I have different thoughts, ideas, plans...in my head. I go to sleep planning smth in my head, and waking up with the planning process in my head... No, I am not tired of it...I just regret that I can't realize all my ideas, plans at the same time. For sure, not all of them are good and successful, but still...
Also, I sure that sport and workouts are very important. I think it is the only time, when I am just 100% don't think about anything, just relax and enjoy building a healthy body.
