I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
Today I had a very long day, and at the same time it was a super productive day!
I worked on my project, so I had a couple of meetings.
Then I visited a couple of places due to work.
Then...I had an hour spent studying some new stuff related to my work.
Then... I came back home...
But the day started with workout :) Which actually gave me energy to finish all this work...
