New Activity Title - Walk and Enjoy the day!

I just finished a 10.0km running that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !

After a long time, I finally had a proper running in the morning. These days I am super busy and don't have much time for sport, just a brief yoga, and sometimes strength workouts.

And today when I woke up in the morning, my should is so painful. I can't move my neck and upper body properly. Well, maybe because I was sleeping with the opened window, or maybe because my body tries to push me to the regular workouts.
