I just finished a 10.0km running that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !

The best way to organize your thoughts and to make a plan is having a short workout first.
I really love running. First of all, because it is very useful for our health, and it is a great way to burn some extra fat. Also, during the running, I feel how my brain get relaxed and getting ready for the big day with big plans!
