Work Hard, Play Hard

Today I woke up super early. Maybe because of the weather. Or maybe because my body felt how much work has to be done today. So I did a yoga, took a cup of coffee and went outside for a short walk. It is like a tradition which perfectly works and helps to prepare for a long and busy day!

I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
