Listen or Read?

I assume that I need to stop thinking about anything when I am doing yoga. But I don't know why...but whenever I do yoga I have a lot of thoughts... Ideas, thoughts, dreams...are flying in my head... Maybe I am doing yoga in the wrong way or maybe I need to change the music... Have no idea.
But today during the yoga I was thinking what is better reading or listening to the books? What do you think? What kind of books are better? Audiobooks? paperbooks? digital books? Or maybe we should read or listen to something else instead of books?

I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
