Daily rituals

Hello!
Today I want to share with you my main daily rituals. These rituals help me to stay tuned during the day. They motivate me. It is my source of energy. Also, I believe that these rituals make me better.

Okay, first of all, I do yoga every day. At least, for 30 minutes. Yoga is good for both mental and physical health. Especially, these days when most of us have to spend more time at home, get more stress and have less physical activities.

Secondly, I am reading at least 10 pages of the book and listening to audiobooks when I am on the subway, bus when I am doing a workout, etc. A few days ago I saw one quote. 'People create books, Books create people'. So, I think that quote clearly explains why we need to read books.

Every morning I am having a cup of strong black coffee. I am addicted to coffee. Maybe it is such a big habit, but coffee makes me happier :)

Drink more water! I am saying it to myself every 30-60 minutes. And I try to drink at least a cup of water every 30-60 minutes. Do you know how is it important to keep a water balance in our body?

There are more important things that we have to do every day. Do you have any daily rituals?

Yoga is good for both mental and physical health. Especially, these days when most of us have to spend more time at home, get more stress and have less physical activities.

This is exactly my thinking at the moment and what I will write about today from my personal account.
