Finally

I just finished a 5.188km running that lasted about 0hh:26mm:53ss !

Although I thought I would be able to go out for run at least once during the workweek, I could not. This is my first run in almost a week. I should not be saying this but I did not have enough time to go out. That's it, no time to anything other that looking after the baby. May be a solution is to run with the lil one.

The weather was really nice. When I went out with layers of running gears, I was surprised to see how warm it was. It was bit early in the morning and the park was not full of runners yet. I started with a bit of stretching as I was not confident with my body conditioning. It has been almost a week without any exercise. All week, I was not comfortable and felt pain around my mid back. Something is not right, I can tell you.

The run was okay. I don't know why but I felt like I was restarting to run. I was not confident with the pace. I did not care about it either. I just wanted to complete the 5K. I had to stop for three times during the run. Clearly, I lost my stamina.

Anyway, with the long weekend, I should be able to run for the next three days. I hope I can do it.
