I did it again

I just finished a 3.587km running that lasted about 0hh:19mm:11ss !

The best way to tackle this cold and windy weather is to face it. It is easier said than done. I tried my best to kick my ass and get myself out of the couch to go for a run. Thank god it was one of the days where my wife was at home to take care of the baby in the afternoon. I used that opportunity to get out and face the wind.

It was windy as expected. Still, there were few running enthusiasts like me who were enduring the chill and the slap in the face. I aimed to complete a 5k. But, the wind and the phone call from wife made me cut short the run. I was happy and sad at the same time to not run :P

The run was good. I managed to sprint the first KM but could not maintain the pace for the next two KMs. I did not worry much as my priority was to run without worrying too much about the pace. I need to run for months before I regain the stamina I gained during the COVID induced lockdown earlier this year.

It is amazing to see other runners in the park. That sparks me to motivate myself to do something meaningful. If you are feeling not motivated to do something, make sure you interact with others who have reason to lead the meaningful life. Let's motivate ourselves.

Stay fit.

Well done.
There are lot of people running here as well. But despite of all the facilities, like good weather and nice views, running is not my favorite activity. I think I don't have that inner strength for ir. For me it is just more than I can bare, I get exhausted and give up. Kudos to all you jogging and running 👏🙌

Fair enough. But, running can be fun if we do not consider the gritty running sessions. We can be jogging while enjoying the nature outside and/or taking photos. We can make it fun 😇

*When someone tells you that what you want to do is impossible, change the word in your head to hard. What you want to do is hard. Hard is doable – it just requires dedicated work and effort and you can make it happen.
