It is very sad to see such a waste of resources lying out there as an old half built structure. Lack of Money is an important issue though. Also such places becomes homes to not just wild animals and probably ghost:p but to local criminals as well. Could be used in so many wrong ways. It's great you acknowledged that place.
Hope it gets justice and should not rot forever lying over there.
