Loved this post! Much more creativity in it and gets the brain thinking. Constantly innovating is important and even more important is the understanding that 9 out of 10 of the things you try via the innovating process are going to fail and that's just part of the success process. Don't be afraid of fail but learn from those failures and adapt and innovate.
