Good advice, no financial decision should be made out of emotion, it is better to think calmly for several days to evaluate all the pros and cons.

Yes, you are right. There are two sides to a decision. Positive and negative. If you consider that careful what you are dealing with, you can minimize the risk and take a better decision.
