You can massage with your hands/fingers, it also relaxes. The needles go straight to the point so a better and direct estimulation and a quicker effect.
No worries! There's always something else we can do :)

You're welcome, Eliana! Yes, that makes sense. Going to the Dr. for pain remedies usually ends up just costing more money so they can write something on a prescription pad that won't be any good for you anyway. Glad the needles seem to be doing the job. Thanks for the Pizza! I will take mine with cheese, sausage, mushrooms, spinach, olives, etc.
