Great job Mike, and Zoltans idea sounds interesting, just need to figure out the logistics of that too, first vote gets all, so if he votes after Luke then most will have already voted.
As to improvements it's really all about rewarding what we want to see, as I said before more tickets for the drawing is an idea, keep up your great work.

Using the extra tickets is something that I agree with and I will be working on getting this set up as we move forward. There are a few other things I have in mind but I think make changes over time will be best so not to discourage people from participating.
Exactly slow and steady is the best.
