I totally agree with you on this... I see a lot of posts out there that are there only for the "sake of the posting", and I don't want to use the heavier word for that...
Maybe it's just a tactic for milk the system for more rewards, but that isn't valid long-term thinking... and the lack of mindset and motivation is superficial... and that can't last for long in any business, or work...
But luckily, we have good posts also, where we can learn a lot and engage with...

I think the same, many posts are there with no thought just to try for the upvotes. If they only knew that the quality of a single post is way better then multiple garbage posts.
