To change your habits, firm determination is a must. You are supposed to have a strong why behind changing your habits. Make a small change every day and be consistent. It takes time. I talked about it more in the video.

Most people cant really tell what they perform sometimes whether is a good or bad habit and this occurs almost everytime in such persons life especially when performing the bad habit. Thanks on enlighthen us on this

Sometimes you know what needs to be changed, but you just keep doing the same thing. It is difficult to change bad habits but not impossible. You can do it.

Changing the bad habit with the other one is similar to fighting with addiction...

If you are smoking, they replace cigarettes with nicotine chewing gum... and after that maybe with just an ordinary gum... and it works.. ;)

I realized that the best way to get rid of bad habits is to replace them with others that you find less bad. A habit is a pattern that is executed by our subconscious brain. Our conscious brain has to override it by will power but so often until the new habit has been taken over by the subconscious mind. It's actually quite difficult...

This is a great insight. I agree that you really have to know your WHY and then the HOW will just show itself.

But I was kinda impatient that I tried to search how to change bad habits. More importantly, how to create good habits. I've read "Atomic Habits" by James Clear and I really learned techniques--actual actionable solutions--to create good habits. I've made a book review about it in my latest post! I'd love to know your insights about it, 😁
