What is stress? Is it good or bad? Stress is a state of tension. We all feel stress more or less. It is a part of our life. How you see it and handle the stress, that is important.

Stress makes you ready to face the situation. For example, you have an exam tomorrow. You feel the stress and study hard to get ready for the exam. That's good. But if there is too much stress and that's not under control, that is bad and can hurt you physically and mentally. Let's watch this video.

There is no how someone wouldn't pass through stress in life. Stress is part of things, we will face on our way to success.

Stress come everyday, because things are not easy, and to make it in life, we must go through alot of stress.

We pass through stress so that in the future we will have rest and happy.

But hurting ourselves on that is bad, because some do things In a way that don't care about there health, all they do is work and work.

Don't have Time to rest or take a break and they have forgot that one day the body will be come weak, and they will unable to stand again or work again.

Because they have hurt themselves, they have over use themselves and the body will be useless.

Stress is not good rather it is bad. The reason I say that is pertaining to our health status, going through stress means we have over laboured our body system and is risk or prone to break down at any given time.

Yes under going stress sometimes leads to a positive outcome but let's not forget the fact that it robbed our health status from us.

So my advice is let's do what we can to do our jobs or preparation for exam in a conducive time frame and avoid being stressed out with what we do in our daily life's.
