How do you learn something new?
Do you learn it by studying or reading books or watching videos?

You feel like you learned it but when you execute that, you will know how much you learn it. People who have been working for a long time, they have experience. They know how it actually works and what you are going to face when you take action.

You can learn from their experience. They can show you how it functions and what you should do to make it work. For example, LeoFinance introduced Cubdefi. People who already got into Defi, they know it better. So you can easily learn from their experience and take action. Let's watch this video.

Please feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section. Thank you so much for watching the video.

So true. You can learn a lot from an experienced person. Then you can put it into action and apply what you are learning.

Exactly!

But, you have to put it into practice.

A phrase I learned years ago ...

"Knowing and not doing is worse than not knowing"

Ps: Sorry, anything for my English

It is true that a lot can be learned from an experienced person and similarly from a failed person it is beneficial to know the reasons why one has failed. Thanks

There are reasons behind the failure. I agree with you. You can also see why someone failed. So you will not make those mistakes when you do that.

I completely agree with you. You follow the way that works best for you. I also watch videos, read, do things and learn from people who have experience in the relevant field.

We need to learn something practical that we can use in real life. Different people learn in different ways. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

Again you have come up with another very interesting topic. I had couple of such kind of experiences in the gap between my student life and professional life. I was not bad student at all. but still when I go to industry then I found that there is a huge gap between them and me because they have practical experiences and I don't have. so implementation as you have mentioned is really important we need to take action whatever we have learnt from our books so that we can sharpen our knowledge through the experience. well explained brother. thank you very much

The experience itself can teach us a lot of things. People who have experience in something that you want to learn, they can help you to learn that. Both theoretical and practical knowledge is important. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
