Do you hate your job because there are a lot of stress. The thing is, no matter what you do, you have to deal with a certain level of stress. The good thing is, you can mange your stress and relax.

Do you have to do everything at once. Of course not. You can arrange everything according to urgency and importance. You will do the task first that is very unguent and important. This is something I don't really deal with anymore. But when I did have a job managing my stress could be rather challenging. I didn't always do a great job of it. Overeating was a go to strategy. Now I work for myself exclusively and even though I am not making alot of money yet I am okay with it because I am also not dealing with a boss.

When we do a job, we feel the stress more or less. It is like universal. If someone cannot mange her/his stress at work, it has a negative effect physically and psychologically. What you do if that makes you happy, that's all that matters. Thank you @lisamgentile1961 for sharing your experience!
