You are working. But somehow you get distracted and when you get back to work, you notice you have already spent a significant amount of time over there. So how can you reduce distractions?

If you pay close attention to your distractions, you see a pattern of behavior that gets you distracted. Sometimes something happens and you take a look at that. Then you spend more time over there. Before getting back to work, you have spent time on that. If you do not do those things that get you distracted, you can reduction distractions. Let's watch this video.

The video is not a available yet.
But to me ways I can avoid distraction that will eat up my time off work is by paying less attention to to side talk going on around and play dumb

Our phones and social media in general can be a huge source for distraction and we need to find a strategy to protect ourself from it. I for example never have my phone close to my workspace. Like that I'm not tempted to look at it while I should do some work :-)

That's right. When you are addicted to social media, you have no idea how the time has gone once you log in. lol...
Nowadays it feels like we cannot live with a cell phone, don't let the phone distract you is the best idea.
