How do you feel when you are at the office?
Do you feel tired?
Sometimes you might feel tired and cannot pay attention to your work. Even though you want to pay your full attention, you cannot do that due to tiredness. In this video, I talked about how to overcome tiredness at work.

If you work in a company, bank, or any organization, or even if you work from home, you need to give your best effort to do better. Sometimes you can take tea or coffee. It will have you remove tiredness. You can keep a bottle of water on your table or somewhere you can easily grab. Drinking water is very important for our health.

Muy interesante tu post, algunas veces sin darnos cuenta cuando presentamos ese cansancio todos los días cuando estamos trabajando, es posible que tengamos el Síndrome de Burnout. Es una enfermedad causante del trastorno mental presentamos un agotamiento físico y mental, causante por el estrés, pasa mucho cuando el trabajo no resulta exitoso, o tiene su dificultad. Estas condiciones surgen cuando se extiende por largo tiempo.

You are right. Sometimes we are going through physical and mental exhaustion. There are stress and pressure at the office. And we have to deal with it. Sometimes tiredness can come from this although you get quality sleep at night, eat well, and exercise. In this video, I share my experience. You said, if the body feels tired then you can eat coffee or tea. It will take away your fatigue. I agree with you. This is what happens in my real life. When a person does not get enough sleep, his fatigue never goes away. So every person needs enough sleep.
