What do you want to see on the hive blockchain?

I am interested in hearing your ideas on what you all want on the hive blockchain that is not here. Please share in the comments. I would love to discuss some of them.

Here are few things I want to see.

1 - A place where I can buy amazon or ebay gift cards. I buy most of the supplies I need for my kids off amazon. It would be great to turn some of my earning here into diapers. I know that sounds silly but between diapers, formula, wipes, and clothes for those kids it a big drain every month. I would love to easily move some hive over to amazon credit every now and then when things are tighter than usual.

2 - I want to see a marketplace like upwork where I can pay for freelancers to do some work for me. I think this community is really going to help with this. I hope to sync up with some talented graphic designers and video producers in the future.

3 - I want to sell sports card for hive. I just need to put in the work to see this happen.

@dkid14 I saw someone earlier with the account name "HiveGiftcards" saying they were going to create an amazon gift card for Hive/HBD site, but it's also something that "might" already be in development over at @nulledgh0st laboratories ;)

Everything you mention here has actually been discussed between myself and a few others via Discord since HiveHustlers sprang up, believe it or not. So you're not alone in your desire for these things - they ARE coming!

However, for something like the gift cards to be doable, there would probably have to be a "conversion fee" of some sort (since this would probably have to be manually fulfilled by someone else - i.e., I would buy the amazon GC/Code w/ my Fiat, and then flip it to you for Hive/HBD).

I've been trying to think of another way it could be feasible without a fee - I would love to offer this sort of service either incredibly cheap or absolutely free, because I see a lot of value in it, especially when it comes to bringing more people to Hive.

I am probably going to conduct some sort of poll or perhaps use @quello to get some general feedback from the community in terms of "acceptable fee limits", functionality desired in the Hive economy, etc.

Building tools/dApps around actual human need and filling useful voids in the marketplace is really what I'm aiming for here - not just creating something "else" that uses Hive, you know?

So hopefully you can help me gauge the public when it comes time for all this 😁

Regarding HiveHustlers, I totally agree - I think we need some more Hivians to actively engage with it / use the tag, though! You're one of the few at this point, so that's another area I have to put some time into haha.

Baby steps, I suppose!
