Oh boy the media! SMH I do need to avoid watching and/or listening to the news as much as possible. There are so many triggers to get me riled up and it isn't healthy. And I have definitely learned that when I don't listen to my gut the results are not good. Thanks for sharing your thoughts
You're most welcome, Lisa! Yes the MSM (main stream media) is a huge component to the lies & deceptions in our 3D reality. Pump the fear is their mission to keep us locked in the media. But ultimately, we have the power. Turn it off & go from within. This was also to show you I am human & fall into that lower frequency sometimes. Just give yourself grace.

I appreciate you so much, Jenn. I really have to work very hard to not go low and when I do I have to pull myself out by just burying myself in my work online!
