Did you use your phone to take the picture. It does reasonably good bokeh for phone camera.

July is the time for Monsoon. I remember it well. Three of us used to walk to Dum Dum Cantonment train station to catch the train towards Sealdah, then change train to Ballygaunj.....it always rained this time of the year.

Interesting story about paying it forward. To a lot of us it important. I guess it makes us human. Don’t know if we are doing enough. Don’t know if I am doing enough. But I am certain that your Rickshaw puller are doing enough.

Na Dada, i used a Canon 700d with a 55-135 to take the photo you see.. Not mine tho. Its just people want me to take thier photos with their camera and when im idle with it, after taking countless photos for them, i just randomly click to see how it feels and what would i do with it if i had one that was mine.:)

This is how a similar shot would look like if taken with my phone.. That bookeh can be achieved with heavy post processing but itll never look the same..

Sealdah, a name ive only ever read in books. You know dada, if covid never happened i would have went on month long trip to india.. Visit all the places that i read about in feluda or byomkesh, just to see if they feel the same, the real places, compared to what i imagined while reading the books.

At the end of the day dada, we cannt not pay it forward. If one is able to look at it just from the right angle, their past would flashback with all the kind events that made it possible for them to be here, at this exact moment. That in itself is something miraculous and humbling.. And that is life, the intricacies of which, you know better than ill ever know :)
