I am back here with a new post that is what Is The Real Mean Of Meditation πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ

Mediation is a practice for more then a thousand of years, there are huge misconceptions about what it really is?

Most people thinks mediation means a monk siting under a tree or up in mountains or may be near the bank of the rivers. But its not really that much of hard to do you don't have to go anywhere and you don't have be anything.

Everyone can do meditation with any special things, mediation is the way to expect the reality that what you really are.

To understand mediation, what it really is for that we have to look into out own lives.
The most the time what we really do???

we think , think and think.!!!!
can you stop thinking just for 5 or 10 seconds !
I think can't even stop for a sec of time 5 or 10 seconds is a very big time to stop thinking yet but you can sure do that.

most of the time we all think of the negative things. Thoughts can effects how you feel if you think always +ve the chances are you are +ve if you do the opposite you will become the opposite.

We think a lot most of our thoughts are -ve and they directly affects our emotional state.

What exactly the thinking have to do with mediation? Meditation can decrease the amount of thoughts that are running all round our mind every time.

There is a certain point by which you can achieve the power to not think any thing I have heard that the ninja's can sit on a place quietly for many hours without thinking I don;t know if it's really true or not let me know if you anything about this.

Benefits of Mediation -:

  • +ve emotion.
  • Immune function
  • control over your emotions.
  • ability to focus.
  • decrease stress, anxiety, pain (mental and physical both ) and depression

Yes, meditation is so important & it seems more people are incorporating it into their lives. The interesting thing is it doesn't have to take hours or even be in the "traditional" way, which is sitting & saying "ohm" lol...there are different ways of doing it.

Even though I do it that way at times, I also know music is a way to do this. I get lost in the music & it completely calms me or even evokes positive emotions (at least with the music I listen to lol). Some people go on a bike ride as a form of meditation. It calms their mind & they get into a zone of peace. There are countless ways....that's what is so fascinating.

As long as it slows your thoughts down, allows you to reconnect with your Inner Self & brings you those moments of love & peace, that is YOUR way to meditate. There's no right or wrong answer. :)

Thanks a lot @pixiepost for you wonderful feedback. yes there are many ways to do meditation and the most common is to close you eyes and just breathe this is the best I am kind of used of this.

Music is the best way to calm over self. I love to listen a lot of music, I have read somewhere that you nature changes according to the music you listen so listen carefully πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ™

I heard music in 432 Mhz is one of the best vibrations for a positive result. I listen to a lot of that as well as singing bowls when I go to sleep, etc. :) πŸ’›

I love to listen the audio persons of the saints that are very popular after they were dead.

A lot of people have started doing meditation these days and I think it’s the need of hour as well specially in this fast life where we don’t really have even a few seconds for ourself.

Yes the lock down and covid19 have some +ve sides this is the best thing I love about the lock down people are more taking care of there health.

Meditation is very good way to relax yourself as well and also to achieve inner peace.

And it's very true that it's really very difficult as well as controlling your thoughts is the most difficult thing to do.
Our mind always keep running and thinking.

yes it is really important it is difficult in the start but we are used to of it after few weeks. don't try to stop anything just go with the flow.

interesting thoughts. I never really took the time to think about meditating much less actually do it. My mind is always jumping from one thought to another.

that is the way to do it just close your eyes and concentrate in your breathing and leave everything else as they are you can't control your thoughts and not even stop thinking for a while.
