Dear Mrs Carter,

The time we both spent together as lovers meant a lot to me. We created lovely memories that I won't be forgetting in a hurry. Unfortunately, I feel like I deserve better and therefore have to end our relationship. I'm sorry it has to end this way but it is what it is. My regards to Josephine.

For every action, they say there's a reaction but unfortunately, Josephine never thought about that when she sent Alex a break up text about a year ago. According to her, Alex wasn't the problem, it was her. She needed something new and different, a bad boy. Alex was too cool and loving for someone like her. She needed some new kind of excitement.

For the next few months, Alex became a shadow of himself. He couldn't believe he was dumped for being nice. Never again would such a thing happen to him again, he vowed. And from that day henceforth, Alex became a totally different person.

If there was a course online on how to become a playboy, Alex had it. It took him another two years of constant practice with ladies whom he now considers as prey before he finally went for his main target.

Alex didn't want Josephine back, no. He had had better and more pretty ladies in the last two years. As a matter of fact, he no longer gave a shit about what happened few years ago but he had made a promise to come back and have a revenge and the Alex of today was one who kept to his words especially when it included the opposite sex.

And with that, he swung into action. Josephine's mom was a single parent who always went grocery shopping during the weekends and so Alex ceased that opportunity and somehow, one thing led to another and before we knew it, Josephine's was laying naked on his bed a few months later.

Alex read the later one last time with a smirk on his face before pressing the send button. He was to attend their family dinner to meet her kids for the "first time" tonight but they will be getting his sms instead.

Josephine had broken up with him the same way, through an sms, now he's doing the same thing to her mother.
