Who has read or remembers the story of Holocaust trains also known as the death train? Over 6 million Jews were killed systematically by the Germans. The Jewish were usually being transported with train known as the Train of death during these period. They will move the Jews and other nationals that fell victim down to extermination camps to use them to work forcibly and probably kill them there.

It was during April 1945, that this event happened. Many trains were Transporting the Jews, but only the people on this train got Liberated. According to the little I read about this, the German Commander of the train decided to spear the lives of these people and he left them in peace at a place where the USA Army later rescued them. So, the people on the train were the lucky ones. So, let me talk about this in our present world.

There are many times in life that we are surrounded by different challenges that swallow up our freedom and normal lives. Imagine living a good life and suddenly you get caught up with a problem that gives a restriction to that life you crave for.

Being caged in a situation you know that you can’t receive help could be so frustrating because there would be a lot of emotional trauma attached to it. Considering the COVID19 pandemic, the world is in a prison, whereby people are restricted from moving from one place to another and taking some extreme precautions to avoid getting in contact with the virus. The world is under the cage of the coronavirus, and we could only gain freedom when the cure is found.

Take a look at the picture of the Jewish prisoners again. The facial expression of the woman and the little girl show sadness, surprise, happiness and fear. The women behind show a great deal of happiness and it looks so priceless. I have never been in extreme distress before. But I used to imagine what I would do if that happens. There was so much happiness in the faces of the Jewish prisoners.

Freedom is happiness. Having the privilege to do what you feel like doing is one of the greatest things in life. There are many exciting things to read about the Jewish prisoners on the Holocaust train. If you have some time to check it out, Wikipedia got them all.
