My Guardian Demon
A continuous test of my mind's might,
Night after Night,
Faced with heart stopping fright.
....
....
It all starts with its bite,
Then with me being pulled into the light,
Held by the right hand of the dark Knight,
With burning souls as his means of sight.
....
....
I call out into the light,
Hoping out to anyone to save me from my plight,
It came only as an hindsight,
There's no point putting up a fight.
....
....
I was about to get to the nightmare's end,
When something different happened,
I felt my throat tighten,
I couldn't breath, I felt streams of water running up my nose,
getting into my lungs,
I was drowning in my own pool,
by the time I got out of my trance.
It was too late, I could already see My dark Knight,
My guardian Demon,
welcoming me back for good this time
