To The Unforgotten Heroes ~ Happy Father's Day

So I almost didn't do this. Not because I didn't want to do it or didn't feel like doing it but just because I am extremely tired and wearied out.
I can't find the right word to express or explain what I am feeling like at the moment.
I know I couldn't have just let it pass or let it go. I mean it's just another Father's Day I don't get to celebrate or say something about.

But no! Something stopped me. I had the push. The inner drive and forced to do this, but not for anything but the memories.
You know I hardly remember father's day except and only if google or the world reminds me of it.
No! I don't think I am the only one who is a victim of this circumstance but would you tell me if I am in this alone? Lol.

I am like questioning the fact why a good number of people tend to easily remember and celebrate Mother's Day to Father's Day?
Don't get me wrong. I am not trying to make any comparison here or say who does better and should be remembered, appreciated, and celebrated more.
I am just wondering why it seems Mother's Day is always easily remembered and who else also noticed that Mother's Day seems to be celebrated more than twice a year?
Like it became a thing of confusion when after a while, it will be said that it's Mother's Day, and people will be like didn't we celebrate mother's day already? Or haven't we celebrated mother's day for this year already?
And some guys or men will be like AGAIN?🧐 how many times do we celebrate mothers lol.

Father's Day

So I am seizing this opportunity, amidst the tiredness to wish every men and father out there A Happy Father's Day
I know you guys aren't celebrated as often as the mothers are but I want to remind every father and man how significant their role is, in the family and society at large.
You guys are the heroes we never sought for.
You stand firm amidst all odds to act like the hero you are.
And for this, you all deserve a round of applaud.
Thanks for not letting down the sword in every challenging battle.
And thank you for being the best you guys can.
Once again. Happy Father's Day to all potential fathers.
Keep being the hero and keep being great.
