There is a scenario a girl felt so bad about herself because she was mocked by her friend.
One day Kimberly ran into Nancy an old friend of hers from high school.
Just at the mere sight of Kimberly, Nancy didn't exchange pleasantries neither did she even greet her.
All she utter was "Goodness me! Kim. What have you been feeding? Why are you so fat.
Nancy made it look like a planned mission to make Kimberly feel so awful about herself.

But being a well-trained girl from a good home. She gave the best answer to shut her up.
Yes I am fat cause I am eating well
That answer alone shut Nancy up and make her mind her business.

You know in the worst scenarios some girls would have felt bad, some would walk away feeling ashamed, and thereafter you wouldn't know what she would have felt or what she would think of herself from that single incidence.

What's really my point here? What am I driving at or trying to say?
Stop making or trying to make people feel awful about themselves.
Being slim isn't a free ticket for you to body-shame another who isn't and being fat and looking healthy does not also give you any right to badmouth a slim person.

Either way, none is good and none is bad, it all depends on a person's gene, diet, and choice
Take pride in how God created you and do not make anyone make you feel any less of yourself.
If God wanted you to be created with a slim nature, he would have freely given that and if he wanted you to be slim and not fat then trust me, no amount of food would make you look otherwise even if you are healthy.

Do not look down on your being and tell God He made a mistake in how he created you and the nature he chose for you.
Likewise the shape and curvy physique you are always admiring and wishing you had.
It's not bad to want to look good and admire a good physique but that shouldn't be at the detriment of God's original creation or how he wanted you to be.

We don't always get what we want, we might not really have what we desire but the truth is that we are perfect just the way we are. We are wonderfully and beautifully made. The scripture says we are fearfully made.
The world should see you and appreciate the good works of God in your life and not the other way round.
They shouldn't see you and then start body shaming you or bad-mouthing you.
Knowing you are the true image of God.
Carefully and wonderfully molded with his own hands to be who you are.

Always remember that you weren't a mistake
Every part of your body was for a purpose and they are in good shape just like God wanted.
Your nature is just fine the way it is and you are perfect the way you are.

Take pride in how God created you and appreciate Him for his good works.
Do not body shame people and do not body shame yourself either.
Embrace and accept the way you are and prove those badmouths wrong. That you love and appreciate the way God created and molded you.

Everyone should be proud of how they look. We are all uniquely made. Having a high self esteem will help you overlook with people say about you.
I used to hate the way I looked, I wanted to be like other girls, tall.
Until I came to the realization that I am beautifully made, I wasn't satisfied.
For those body shaming others, please stop it. They were born that way. Don't be the reason why someone is depressed.

Body shaming is such an awful thing to do. The receiver is left feeling silly. We need to accept people the way they are. We also need to accept ourselves the way we are.

While it isn't to either work on adding lil flesh or cutting away some fat, body shaming should never be tolerated.

Nice one @zellypearl

Yes. Everyone was made wonderfully and fearfully.
And we should try as much as we can not to body shame.
