You can go for sweet and sour sauce. Tomato ketchup a bit of chili sauce and some oyster sauce.
Yeah cleaning any recently killed live produce can be very brutal indeed. 🙈

Steam is just nice as they are fresh and juicy. Just added some shao xing wine to steam them. Taste good.
