You don't need to have SPS to join the game.
You need buy $10 Spell book and enjoy all function of the game.

I always notice that. The same goes with posts.
It is great news. I have seen this section too. Splinterlands is going up as the best blockchain-based game. It will get even better soon.
It's getting more and more complicated though.
It's almost an investment rather than a game now. If #Splinterlands wants to be viewed as a game, it should try to simplify itself more.

in my opinion it has to grow more complicated cause it is rather to easy
The game itself is fine, what I want to become simpler is the blockchain aspect of it. There are too many things to keep track of, and the "Lands Expansion" will increase that by a lot.

The plan is to give some power to the gamers to affect the future decision in development on the platform so that it keeps its simplicity for the game part.
I hope so. I also hope that giving some of the decision-making to the players won't lead to power-creep. (A problem I saw every other card game face.)
