Well he has stated that he predicts $1 Dogecoin. So I guess that is at least one of the goals Elon has in mind (along with others).

Besides the tweet from Elon Musk yesterday, WSB decided that they will officially allow discussions on their reddit channel about BTC, ETH and ... yes DOGE.
The WSB-Chairman tweeted in the past a few times for fun "did DOGE ever reach $1" ... and I somehow believe that this is their goal right now.
Elon is doing his part with tweeting also today.
On the one hand good, because that way more people get into crypto and hopefully they will look around and find other projects/coins they start investing in.
On the other hand, if they don't look to the left and to the right, a lot of people could get burned badly.
Besides climbing in the rankings, ok now on 7 according to CMC again, I believe, everything between $0.50 and $1 is possible, but after that we will see a strong dump.
Yes it is possible to buy a few things with DOGE now, for examble the Dallas Mavericks accept Dogecoin for their tickets and merge, but mostly, well it is still a Meme-coin and taking profits is just a logical thing I would say.
