When we see that our anger is the result of our fear, our feelings of insecurity, of helplessness, it will be easier for us to accept their existence in ourselves and othersburger598.jpg

This is the 1st modern person outside of myself who I heard directly say that the complete elimination of suffering might be possible.

He also experienced self-realisation too, but I'd describe it more along the lines of discovering the "I Am before I am"

from where I stand, I see anger as coming from disappointments, that in turn come from failed expectations. If we manage our expectations, we manage it all. Somehow.
